As expected, the first patch for Call of Duty: WW2 delivers a couple nerfs to the game. Players have found that using the Espionage Basic Training Skill was a fast and easy way to accumulate points in a match as simply damaging an enemy highlighted them for 10 seconds on the minimap for their team. The patch reduces that number to six seconds and will only highlight an enemy that is damaged by bullets....
This revelation comes from an interview held between the outlet EDGE and Sledgehammer Games’ general manager and co-founder, Glen Schofield, and the studio’s chief operating and development officer Michael Condrey. The two explained that in order to imbue the multiplayer areas for Call of Duty: WW2 with realism, extensive first-hand research was done to ensure accuracy in their portrayal, with the developers then stating that the maps will extend beyond those found in the campaign....
According to the tweet, David Tennant will play a character named Drostan Hynd. It’s not a name yet revealed in one of Sledgehammer’s several teasers for Call of Duty: WW2 so far, but there are perhaps other clues to be found. The name Drostan isn’t exactly a common one, and could perhaps take inspiration from one Saint Drostan. St. Drostan was a healer of some renown, said to work miraculous cures even well after his death....

In Call of Duty: Warzone, the gas is a balancing factor, as it drives players into contained battlefields. Rather than having the map open throughout the entire match, the gas continues to restrict player environments and forces them into closer encounters. With Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Treyarch added more intel than ever before, as hundreds of documents and recordings were spread throughout the survival maps and Outbreak locations.
