With the big update that Infinity Ward released for both Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on May 18, the game has received a slew of new content to carry players through the rest of Season 3, as well as cryptic teases for Season 4. But players have reported experiencing a number of new issues since then, including connection problems. Amid all of this, players are taking notice of a bug that, in a certain case, prevents them from doing one of the most important things they can do in the game: reload their weapon....

While this may seem like a step too far in the eyes of some fans, Call of Duty: Warzone’s god mode glitch has effectively ruined entire lobbies in the past two days. This is not the first time that future content has been teased, as Activision confirmed that future Seasons would include content that was “never done before” inside the battle royale game. While Call of Duty: Warzone’s nuke event was likely one of the items being referenced, it seems like there is even more of a reason to be optimistic. In a Washington Post interview with Infinity Ward studio heads Patrick Kelly and Dave Stohl, it was confirmed that Call of Duty: Warzone’s future is already known....

Sledgehammer Games confirmed the dates of the PC beta for Call of Duty: WW2 over on its website, and PC players do not have long to wait to get into the beta for the highly anticipated title. According to the developer, the open multiplayer beta will start on September 29, 2017 and will continue through to October 2, 2017. According to Video Games Chronicle, alleged insiders at Activision said 2022’s Call of Duty will center on a covert war being waged by US special forces against a dangerous Colombian drug cartel. The game’s codename, Project Cortez, is an alleged reference to the 1994 Harrison Ford film Clear and Present Danger where Ford’s Jack Ryan is tasked with stopping a Colombian drug cartel led by Colonel Felix Cortez. No other information about the game has been shared online....

It’s common knowledge by now that the lockdowns and quarantines that have littered 2020 have forced most game developers to start working remotely or at home. It’s been confirmed that Call of Duty: Warzone is adding an Attack Helicopter at some point during Season 1.
