The title offers many of the features and gameplay modes that are familiar to fans of the long-running Call of Duty series. Players can fight in ranked or un-ranked multiplayer battles, all while earning Credits and CoD Points to spend on upgrades. One of the ways that developers TiMi Studios have kept the game fresh is through CoD Mobile special events, the latest of which has just begun, and features a focus on scavenging and survival....

In the Gun Game event, a total of eight players can participate in a single server, and the primary objective of each player is to eliminate the enemies and achieve the marks of 200 points. The total duration of a single match is exact 10 minutes, and the participant who will reach the point mark first will be declared as the winner. This mode is almost similar to the Deathmatch mode, but there’s a twist in the weapon segment....

Hot Swap is one of these achievements, requiring players to get at least one kill with eight different weapons during Old Comrades, which we ranked at number 5 in our list of the best Modern Warfare missions. While this would be a breeze in many of Modern Warfare’s longer, more expansive missions, Old Comrades’s short length and St. Petersburg setting, limiting the weapons available, makes it more of a challenge....

Infinity Ward has experimented with the new system of Bonus Perks for Modern Warfare 2, in which players will have an extra perk that activates slowly over time. As of release, there are six Bonus Perks. These Perks activate if the player is gaining points, thus granting them a reward for aggressive and good play, as they will harness an advantage over others for the rest of the match....

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War was unveiled shortly after its release, and because of its integration, Verdansk was sent back in time. Call of Duty: Warzone fans got to witness several in-game events with the reveal trailer’s cinematic, a nuclear blast, and many other story clips cycled throughout the game. As Call of Duty Vanguard heads towards release, fans are on the search for clues that could hint at what is in store for the official reveal....

While Call of Duty: Warzone players will often ask the developers to buff a certain weapon, nerf another, and add more life to the recent Caldera map, battling cheating is something Call of Duty: Warzone players want almost universally. As is the case with other multiplayer battle royales, cheating can deter players from even wanting to play the game if they feel that cheaters occupy much of the lobby space....

Activision dropped a new trailer showing off what to expect from the mobile spinoff, which has been built from the ground up for mobile platforms. This is not the first time that a clip has focused on singing Call of Duty: Warzone players. Back in March, an entire lobby sang “Take On Me” after a particularly long Plunder match. With season 4 of Warzone came the addition of dirt bikes to the game. Described as “terror on two wheels” by the developers in the season’s patch notes, the bikes are the fastest vehicle in the game, and offer superior handling on tight turns. The bikes are scattered across Verdansk, and are accompanied by a number of other new features to Warzone, including new weapons and a fast travel system via large red doors on the map....

Call of Duty: Warzone’s Caldera map has drawn criticism for several reasons. Visual bugs have made what should be a gorgeous map an eyesore, while the Gulag arena has essentially become broken due to the number of glitches ruining 1v1 battles. Aside from that, the overall design of Caldera has come under criticism. The map’s points of interest being kept mainly to the corners of the island has seen some players calling it boring, while the amount of foliage has led to an increase in camping....

The BR Stimulus Solos mode in Call of Duty: Warzone is similar to standard BR Solos, but with a twist. The BR Stimulus Solos mode removes the popular Gulag feature from the game, and instead lets players respawn automatically if they have enough cash. Players in this mode start with $4,500 on them from the start, so everyone starts with enough money for a free respawn. Of course, they could choose to spend that cash instead, which potentially costs them their respawn but may give them an advantage if they get into a firefight....

As fans look towards Warzone Season 6, rumors of new additions to the train have started to circulate. Right now, the train provides tons of high-quality loot and fast transportation across the map. Clips of fans stopping the train have become popular, and many fans simply drop with the intention of guarding the train as long as possible. If players on the same team are both in the Gulag, their partners can watch the fight and offer advice by telling their teammate where their opponent is. This is one big advantage, but Call of Duty: Warzone players can also help their teammates out by throwing rocks at their Gulag opponent. Not only that, but it’s been discovered that the rocks Warzone players can throw in the Gulag can actually blow up claymores....

As seen in the trailer below for Call of Duty: WW2’s Private Multiplayer Beta, those who pre-order will receive access to the trial, and can jump into the action starting on August 25, 2017 for PlayStation 4, with a beta for Xbox One to follow on September 1, 2017. Players will be able to take part in sniper, shotgun, and machine gun firefights, inflict Molotov cocktail damage, take down enemies with bayonet melee kills, and much more by enlisting in different Divisions including Infantry, Expeditionary, Airborne, Armored, or Mountain....

This Call of Duty: WW2 bundle will no doubt prove to be an enticing prospect for those thinking about picking up the console, and who are aiming to get the game to boot. The PS4 console itself comes in a special green camouflage, with some subtle nods to the DualShock controller design within the camo, and includes a 1TB hard drive. Alongside the console itself, this bundle also includes a wireless DualShock 4 controller to match the PS4’s paint job, as well as the standard physical copy of Call of Duty: WW2 itself....

Activision acknowledged this problem, pointing out that gamers with a standard 500 GB PlayStation 4 console will likely have to make some space by deleting specific content from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare or Black Ops Cold War. For Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, players can navigate to the File Management menu by clicking in the right stick at the main menu. This will take players to a screen that lets them remove content that they don’t use, like the campaign, multiplayer, or Zombies....

According to CDL player Lewis Todd, also known as “LewTee,” the CDL has been discussing pre-made classes for awhile. These classes would be designed by pro players and would use weapons, perks, and equipment that the pros and league officials can agree are not overpowered. The rumor is that pre-made classes could eliminate the need for pros to restrict weapons and items in future Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War CDL events....

Players can start downloading the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer beta on PS4 right now. The same goes for Xbox One owners in terms of pre-loading, but anyone looking to try the Infinite Warfare beta on Xbox One will still need to pre-order the game. This may disappoint some gamers, but Xbox fans are still better off than the PC crowd, as the Infinite Warfare beta is skipping PC entirely....
